OPA Mental Health Community Support Forum
The pandemic has brought many people closer and also driven some apart. It has provided both a much needed reprieve and also a profound sense of isolation. Those with dependents suffering or who themselves are suffering from some type of mental illness have become increasingly vulnerable during the extended lockdown.
This forum will serve as a safe place for those voices to be heard and also for those without a voice to realize they aren’t alone.
Join us every Wednesday and Saturday from 7-9:00 p.m. for an open and supportive conversation about the emotional and psychological challenges presented by the isolation and take the opportunity to find solace and share your mechanisms for dealing with this new threat.
