Lindsay is a movement instructor based out of Toronto, ON. She has been teaching contemporary Pilates for the past five years.
Lindsay believes that each time we move our bodies, it is an opportunity to learn about ourselves, to deepen our understanding of the mind-body connection and to explore the spectrum of sensations that come with movement. She aims to build a class that is both physically invigorating and mentally engaging, while offering a variety of modifications to honour your movement journey.

A Contemporary Pilates class to foster a deep connection to your core muscles by exploring balance and dynamic movements for the whole body.
No experience required, there will be lots of options provided so that you may move at a pace and level that works for you.
